Asante recently welcomed seven medical students from Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) as they begin their clinical rotations across our hospitals.
These future physicians will gain hands-on experience in a variety of core specialties, including:

- Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Psychiatry
- Pediatrics

Clinical training programs like this are a vital part of addressing workforce needs and ensuring patients throughout southern Oregon have access to high-quality care for generations to come. By providing real-world learning opportunities in our communities, Asante is helping prepare the next generation of physicians while encouraging medical students to build their careers in the region.
